Dark Utilities is a new service by a hacker group offering a pocket-friendly way to set up cybercriminals’ own C2 center for performing malicious operations. The service emerged in early 2022 and provided C2 capabilities on Tor and the Clear Web. In addition, the operators have set up support communities on Discord and Telegram to provide technical help and support to their customers.
